I‘d like to take a moment to introduce myself and introduce you to a feature on this web site that you won‘t find anywhere else. My name is David Stouder and I have been in the Natural Foods industry for 35 years. For the last 16 years I have worked at Apple Health Foods and am now the owner. You could perhaps sum up my career as someone who spends all his time answering questions about nutritional supplements. I have no degrees. I am not a doctor, or an herbalist, or nutritionist, etc.. And though I have no letters after my name, my considerable experience in this industry, including 15 years of hosting health talk radio shows and developing relationships with the true experts in this field, has put me in a unique position to understand the proper use of nutritional supplementation. As owner of a busy and successful Health Food store, I am exposed to all the information from all of the companies: the good and the bad, the exciting research and the ridiculous hype. But most of all , I have talked to thousands of people who actually use nutritional supplements. Being in this position has afforded me a perspective on how to move one‘s health forward.
